Turning a former utility room into a modern, luminous kitchen was more than a renovation; it embraced the evolving dynamics of multi-generation living. Collaborating closely with our client, we crafted a fresh kitchen space, tailored to their needs.
Prepartion
Beginning with the removal of outdated units and T&G paneling, we transformed the space completely. Walls were studded, boarded, dry-lined, and painted setting the foundation for a contemporary aesthetic.
Kitchen fitting
The heart of the kitchen came to life with new handleless base and wall units, designed for optimal space and functionality. Integrated white goods seamlessly found their place within the layout, ensuring convenience. A sleek square-edge worktop provided not just a practical workspace but also added a touch of modern elegance to the kitchen.
Attention to detail was paramount as we tiled the splashback behind the cooker and hob, adding style and practicality. Acrylic paneling graced the surroundings, enhancing both aesthetics and durability.
What was once a utility room is now a modern, innovative, functional, and elegant kitchen space ready to serve its purpose for the client.
Before
Introducing our latest project: a family bathroom renovation in St Austell. Our client sought a total transformation, bidding farewell to the outdated 80s style in favour of a sleek, modern aesthetic complete with a new suite, tiles, lighting, and bold black matte accessories.
The bathroom renovations began with the removal of the existing suite, making way for a fresh start. We installed a new ceiling, complete with an efficient extractor fan and stylish downlighting to brighten the space.
A stud wall was constructed to house the new shower enclosure, cleverly incorporating additional storage through bespoke shelving.
Upgrading the essentials, we fitted a state-of-the-art shower system and a contemporary towel rail, adding both luxury and practicality to the space. To complete the look, we re-tiled both the walls and floor of the bathroom, ensuring a seamless and cohesive design throughout.
This project showcases our expertise in modernising outdated spaces, creating functional and stylish bathrooms tailored to our client's needs. From concept to completion, we bring vision to reality, delivering exceptional results every time.
Before
Embarking on a journey of modernisation, our client envisioned a seamless blend of functionality and style for their ground and first-floor bathrooms within their luxury holiday lodge at Porthscatho. With a focus on accessibility and contemporary design, we were tasked with breathing new life into these essential spaces.
Ground Floor Bathroom Renovations
The ground floor bathroom underwent a remarkable transformation to accommodate guests with mobility requirements. The first step involved the removal of the traditional bath, paving the way for an easily accessible shower room. We replaced the flooring and installed aqua board on the walls, creating a durable and waterproof foundation for the upcoming changes.
The space was tiled from floor to ceiling, imparting a sense of modern elegance. Plumbing and fitting services included the installation of a new sink, pedestal, and toilet, seamlessly integrated into the revamped layout. A low-profile shower tray was introduced, complemented by a full-height glass shower screen featuring a pivoting deflector panel for added convenience and safety. To enhance accessibility further, various grab handles and a wall-mounted fold-away seat were strategically positioned within the shower area.
First-Floor Bathroom Revitalisation
The first-floor bathroom underwent a comprehensive revitalisation, beginning with the removal of the outdated suite. The bathroom was then tiled from floor to ceiling. A new sink, pedestal, toilet, bath, and shower were expertly fitted, each element carefully selected to align with the client's vision of modernity and functionality. To elevate both form and function, new laminate flooring was installed, adding a touch of warmth and sophistication to the space.
Completion and Beyond
Upon completion of the renovations, all waste was removed, leaving behind two newly modernised bathrooms ready to serve their purpose with style and efficiency.

We thrive on transforming properties from outdated to outstanding. One such project exemplifies our dedication to excellence and craftsmanship, as we embarked on an extensive renovation journey for a discerning homeowner.
Complete Interior Overhaul
The project began with the removal of existing décor and fittings throughout the property, setting the stage for a comprehensive interior transformation.
The focal point of the renovation was the reconfiguration of the kitchen and dining room, achieved by removing the internal dividing wall to create a spacious open-plan kitchen diner. Enhancing the connection to the outdoors, French doors were installed, seamlessly integrating the indoor and outdoor living spaces.
The floor was leveled, and ready to receive new flooring and skirtings. A bespoke kitchen was built and fitted to the customer's exact specifications, complete with essential appliances, including a cooker, hob, extractor, and dishwasher. New electrics were seamlessly integrated, ensuring optimal functionality and safety, while the entire space was brought to life with fresh paint.
Lounge, Hallway, and Bathroom Renovations
To streamline the appearance and enhance safety, electrical trunking, and cables were embedded into the walls, accompanied by the addition of custom electrical sockets tailored to the customer's needs.
The property walls and ceilings were skimmed throughout and then received a fresh coat of paint, rejuvenating its exterior charm. Additionally, new radiators, internal doors, architraves, and skirting were fitted, enhancing both style and functionality.
In the lounge, the outdated fireplace was replaced with a modern counterpart, complete with a flue liner installed for the customer's wood burner, adding warmth and character to the space.
No detail was overlooked in the pursuit of perfection. The removal of the old shower paved the way for a stunning new fitted bath and flooring in the bathroom, blending functionality with elegance.
Exterior Finishing Touches
Completing the exterior transformation, the property underwent a remarkable facelift, starting with the installation of new PVC windows and external doors, elevating both aesthetics and energy efficiency. New fascias and guttering were installed, adding the final touches to the property's renewed charm.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results tailored to our client's visions. From concept to completion, our team is committed to exceeding expectations, enriching lives through innovative design and superior craftsmanship.
